Tea Company Brand + Packaging

Brand + Packaging Design

Students develop a concept for a tea company and create a brand identity starting with the logo. Students explore developing graphics on the tea box packaging considering the brand identity and also the various tea flavors. Students develop a color palette and brand board in the beginning of the project. They can use a standard die, or modify it to make it unique.

Design Foundations – Children’s Book Project

Below are examples of Children Book Projects by students. Many of these students were not art majors. The project required them to use Adobe CC: In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Procreate to write, design and execute a children’s book. Most students illustrated their books in Adobe Illustrator and assembled them in Adobe InDesign. Students learned book construction and layout design and how to prepare files for commercial printing. The books were professionally through MagCloud.
